Micro Lens Engineer

**Job Title** Micro Lens Engineer **Responsibilities** Micro-lens material and fabrication process development: - Work with optical designers to generate micro-lens array design. - Work closely with material suppliers to develop advanced lens materials. - Work with partners to develop wafer level lens replication process. - Design testing plan to ensure results meet product requirements and reliability. - Hands on fabrication of prototype assemblies. **Qualifications** - Master’s, or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Optics, or Mechanical Engineering. - Experience with wafer level optics. - Deep knowledge of material selection for micro lens applications. - Cleanroom process experience. - Experience with optical modelling software (Zemax, Lumerical, LightTools etc.) - Experience working with micro alignment machines, e.g. die-bond, wafer alignment. - Excellent teamwork and interpersonal/communication skills within the company and with partners, customers, and consultants.
