Automotive Intern Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Arranging meeting and workshop • Assisting with travel policy and visa application consultations • Monitoring the status of purchase request workflows and recording delivery time and receipt of goods • Assisting with activating share folder access right and maintaining distribution list • Assisting with internal personal information data maintenance • Managing stockroom inventory and recording incoming and outgoing goods • Supporting the other ad-hoc tasks assigned Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Bachelor Degree or above • Present at least 4 days per week • Internship can maintain about 6 months • Ability to work independently • Ability to read and write in English • Attention to details #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
