As a Senior Staff Engineer Acoustic Sensors (f/m/div) in our Customer Collaboration
and Technical Marketing team work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling
them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
• Serve as the technical application expert for our Acoustic sensor
portfolio, including Automotive MEMS microphones, and vibration sensors
• Lead technical reviews with key customers, driving alignment on requirements and
roadmaps
• Identify application trends and innovative product ideas, influencing our
product roadmap through market and customer insights
• Capture customer feedback on product performance and limitations, consolidating suggestions for
improvement and presenting to Product Development and R&D
• Conduct intensive technical discussions with the customer, coordinate
requirements, and support product validation in system design
• Drive activities from design-in to business-win at our key customers and closely collaborate with our regional Field Application
Engineers (FAEs) to ensure consistent technical support
• Present technical insights at internal and external conferences, building thought leadership in the industry and collaborating closely with our regional Field
Application Engineers (FAEs) to ensure consistent technical support
• Author
technical articles, white papers, and application notes on trending applications and
innovative technologies
• Create and maintain technical documentation (e.g.,
datasheets, application notes, fighting guides, value propositions), support
go-to-market activities for new product launches, and empower
internal/external sales partners with the latest technical and application
knowledge
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
• A technical degree
in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Acoustics, or similar
• At least 5 years of work experience in Application Engineering, R&D or
Technical Marketing
• Deep technical knowledge in Acoustics, MEMS, Analog or Digital
ASIC design, and Microphones (vibration sensor experience is a plus)
• Strong written communication skills, with experience or interest in authoring
technical articles, white papers, or application notes
• Confident, customer-facing professional with proven ability to manage
technical discussions, drive design-in engagements, and present at
internal/external conferences or technical forums
• Automotive industry experience and familiarity with relevant standards/qualifications (e.g., AEC-Q100) is a plus
• Self-Motivated and pragmatic, team player with proactive mindset and
good interpersonal skills and intercultural competence and inspiring
team collaboration skills
• Fluent English skills, German is a plus
