生产计划工程师

Overview
岗位职能主要涵盖生产计划，产品控制，物流运输，客户服务及其他。
生产计划：
• 明确客户或者内部工程在工厂生产的详细需求。
• 与运营/技术支持团队合作，寻找合适的供应商，以满足客户或者内部工程部门的要求。
• 为每个项目规划合理顺畅的生产流程和进度，尽量满足内部和客户的需求。
• 根据订单交付要求选择有合适产能的供应商。
• 根据订单情况跟供应商预定产能。
• 发送生产订单和加工工单给供应商。
生产控制:
• 与供应商保持良好的合作关系。
• 供应商确认接单后，尽快确认合理的交货周期。
• 密切监督WIP状态，根据实际情况跟催产品进度。
• 若有任何异常，根据实际情况及时通知项目相关客户，工程师，运营技术支持团队等相关人员，并配合供应商一起密切督促并推动上述团队解决问题。
• SAP数据录入，并确保SAP数据与WIP状态尽量保持一致。
物流运输：
• 确认合适的物流供应商以满足货物到货需求。
• 监督好货物运输情况包括供应商到供应商，供应商到客户端。
• 了解海关进出口报关流程，提供报关需要的相关信息资料给供应商和物流同事。
• 提供出货相关packing和invoice的文件给到客户或供应商。
• 为有些需要暂时存放的货物寻找合适的仓库。
客户服务:
• 与客户和内部工程部门保持关于工程或量产产品状态和交期的及时紧密沟通。
其它:
• 给客户或技术团队提供成本（包含物流成本）和生产进度预估。
• 配合财务部门的供应商付款和客户开票相关工作。
