Overview
岗位职责：
1.负责监督项目按IPD流程各阶段交付目标按质按时交付，检查交付件及目标是否符合既定标准；
2.负责公司质量体系文件的监督执行，主导完成公司质量体系内审工作；
3.负责内部异常管理,组织召开质量回溯等相关会议并推动内部及时改善；
4.审计项目运行过程中的各项运行指标,负责项目过程文件的内部审核和标准化；
5.参与公司质量体系的筹划及实施，质量方针、目标的贯彻落实、内部质量文化的推广；
6.组织项目相关评审及复盘工作；
7.上级领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，工科、电子技术等相关专业；
2.熟悉集成电路的研发流程，有集成电路相关工作经历；
3.2-3年及以上的相关背景工作经验；
4.熟悉质量管理体系(ISO9001)及质量5大工具，QC七大手法等，具备8D等改善报告分析与解决问题能力；
5.了解华为IPD研发项目管理；
6.有较强的责任心及质量管理意识，工作积极主动，良好团队协作能力及执行能力；
7.有较好的英语读写能力；
8.具有PMP证书者优先。
