Senior Engineer Product Engineering

Join us as a Senior Engineer - Product Engineering and drive failure analysis, yield improvement, and product quality for advanced Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and PSoC semiconductor solutions. Work on cutting-edge technologies while collaborating with global teams to solve complex engineering challenges. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Perform electrical failure analysis and root cause investigation for customer returns. • Drive FE/BE yield improvement, test optimization, and cost reduction initiatives. • Support product qualification, fab transfers, and manufacturing process improvements. • Analyze ATE test data on UltraFlex testers and conduct bench/system-level validation. • Prepare customer-facing FA reports and lead corrective actions using 8D methodologies. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, or Semiconductor Physics. • 2+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Failure Analysis, or Customer Quality. • Hands-on experience with UltraFlex/Advantest/Verigy testers and semiconductor manufacturing. • Strong knowledge of yield analysis, RCA, 8D, DOE, FMEA, and statistical analysis. • Excellent communication, presentation, and technical reporting skills. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
