1.能够清晰感悟到产品的调性以及需求的意图，并且落地成具体的美术需求文档； 2.具备极高审美，能够配合产品的诉求，敏锐捕捉到市场审美和题材热度的趋势，并且通过极强的设计能力将元素和内容完整结合，绘制出能够用于宣传级别的商业化立绘。同时能够理性把设计逻辑量化成对应的规范文档以便项目铺量； 3.对角色制作和材质等有比较深入了解，清晰地预判自己的设计能够在游戏中呈现的效果，设计的时候也会考虑到结构体块实现在游戏内的打击感、技能展示效果的表现力； 4.设计角色的时候能够兼顾文案的剧情要求，角色本身就能呈现出足够的感染力。在设计细节的时候有充分考虑到背后的故事； 5.画风需国风偏写实、画面干净概括，需要清晰准确绘制出对应的材质给3D明确的参考。 1.2年以上工作经验，有过接口人或2D主美经验，能够独立输出美术风格，同时对接项目需求以及反馈外包； 2.能够根据项目目标和资源，合理分配工作，顺利推进项目进度； 3.美术功底扎实，基本功过硬，熟练使用各种软件，对AI也需要有一定程度的使用； 4.有较强责任心，善于和团队合作，很好地与策划和程序共同开发，和谐相处，相互成就。工作态度端正，有自驱力； 5.掌握国风写实、轻度写实、做过古风项目经验优先。
