Job Description: Responsibilities: • Deep understanding the workflow of software development for embedded system. • Responsible for embedded software development for Data Center solutions • Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment • Closely working with design team to support new silicon features development and validation, define software requirements and specifications • Implementation and maintaining device drivers and upper layer software stacks for Data center solutions. • Work with validation team to ensure software meets quality standards. • Debugging and troubleshooting software to identify and resolve issues. • Stay updated on industry advancements in embedded software development. • 深入理解嵌入式软件完整开发流程 • 负责数据中心相关解决方案的嵌入式软件开发 • 负责嵌入式设备与系统软件从需求阶段到量产、商用交付的全流程设计与开发实现 • 与芯片设计团队紧密协作，支撑全新芯片功能的开发与验证，制定软件需求与技术规范 • 开发并维护数据中心方案对应的设备驱动及上层软件协议栈 • 配合测试验证团队，保障软件符合各项质量标准 • 开展软件调试、故障排查，定位并解决各类程序问题 • 持续跟进嵌入式软件开发领域行业前沿技术与技术趋势 Required Skills, Experience • MS in Electronics or Computer Engineering with 4+ years’ experience of software development on embedded systems. • Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python development, Knowledge of Verilog is a plus. • Strong understanding of embedded systems, embedded Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS). • Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART) and device drivers. • Experience in OpenBMC development is a plus • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with multiple groups. • Must be a sense of responsibility and work actively. • 电子工程 / 计算机工程硕士学历，拥有 4年以上嵌入式软件开发相关工作经验 • 精通 C/C++、Python 开发；掌握 Verilog 语言者优先 • 深入掌握嵌入式系统、嵌入式 Linux 及实时操作系统（RTOS）相关技术 • 熟悉 SPI、I2C、UART 等通用通信协议及设备驱动开发 • 具备 OpenBMC 开发经验优先 • 工作细致严谨，具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力 • 优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通能力，可跨多团队协同工作 • 责任心强，工作积极主动 Additional Information: This position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in: China Lattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
