岗位职责： 1）基于ATE平台（STS8200/8300、chroma 3380、Eagle、J750、93K等）开发、调试芯片量产测试程序，完成CP和FT的程序开发任务； 2）绘制、制作ATE测试用DUT Board, 参与CP针卡和FT DUT Board的方案设计，确保测试硬件满足量产需求； 3）收集、整理并分析芯片测试数据，使用脚本工具或数据分析软件进行测试结果汇总和报告编写； 4）协助将新产品导入量产产线，参与测试方案的制定与优化，提升量产测试效率和覆盖率，降低测试成本； 5）与设计、应用、工艺等团队协作，参与测试规范制定，协助分析解决量产过程中的测试异常和质量问题。 实习时间：6-12个月
