Senior Engineer Quality Engineering

Responsible for in process quality engineering, govern the responsibleprocess(es), drive quality control activities and improvement to achieve NLoZD. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Responsible for in process quality engineering, govern the responsible process(es), drive quality control activities and improvement to achieve NLoZD. • Manage external customer complaints, Customer visit / audit to achieve customer satisfaction. • Responsible for driving process stability and capability and continuous improvement to achieve target. • Manage disposition of deviation material to ensure no escape to customer. • Support actively in Change management, Deviation root causeinvestigation, Equipment /Process release and safe launch release. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Bachelor degree or above in in Science / Material Science / Engineering • Min 5 years in Semiconductor Industry with Quality and/or Process Engineering experience is preferred. • Good knwledge and experience in quality management tools, FMEA, SPC, DOE etc. • Experienced in data analysis tools, 6 Sigma knowledge is added advantage. • Good & professional communication and presentation skills. • Able to lead a small cross function team for continuous improvement,demonstrated team work spirit. • Fluent in written and oral English. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
