职位描述： 1、面向服务器CPU产品，与第三方合作伙伴及开源社区合作，推动操作系统和基础软件库的开发和优化； 2、评估与筛选RISC-V生态合作伙伴，创新合作模式； 3、分析RISC-V生态市场趋势、用户需求和竞争动态，制定软件产品路线图和迭代计划； 4、配合市场拓展目标，开展生态活动，推进战略合作项目落地。 职位要求： 1、电子工程、软件工程、计算机工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上平台生态 ISV 或者RISC-V社区运营管理经验，具备工具链、操作系统或计算库相关产品管理经验优先； 3、熟悉 RISC-V 架构以及其RVI基金会软件生态的运作方式； 4、良好的沟通和跨团队协作能力，以项目目标驱动，组织业务和技术团队高效沟通； 5、良好的英文阅读听说能力，快速的前沿文献综述能力。
