1.负责微信小店电商直播模块的全流程产品策划，包括需求调研、产品设计、功能定义及上线推动； 2.基于微信生态特点和电商直播行业发展趋势，制定直播产品的长期发展策略与阶段性落地计划； 3.设计创新的直播互动玩法、营销工具与交易流程，提升用户在直播间的停留时长、互动率和转化率； 4.针对不同行业（如服饰、美妆、食品、数码等）商家需求，定制差异化的直播解决方案，优化商家经营链路与带货效果； 5.通过数据分析、用户反馈与市场洞察，持续迭代直播产品功能，提升整体用户体验与平台竞争力； 6.协同运营、技术、设计、数据等多方团队，高效推进复杂项目落地，并对产品效果负责。 1.本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网产品策划经验，有电商直播或内容电商相关经验者优先； 2.熟悉直播电商业务流程，有直播带货、营销活动、用户增长或交易转化类产品策划经验者优先； 3.具备敏锐的商业嗅觉与用户感知能力，能够基于数据与用户反馈发现机会点并转化为产品方案； 4.拥有优秀的产品设计与逻辑思维能力，能独立完成产品方案设计、原型制作与需求文档撰写； 5.具备优秀的沟通协调与推动能力，能够跨团队高效协作，推动项目按时高质量交付； 6.自驱力强，目标导向，能够在快速变化的互联网环境中灵活应对挑战并持续成长。
