1.负责容器与 AgentRuntime 共享资源池的资源经营，围绕资源供给、利用率、单位成本和产品营收持续优化； 2.建设统一的需求预测和容量规划体系，结合 TKE、Serverless、Agent 等不同业务负载，负责国内外资源池规划、采购和运营，保障业务快速增长下的资源供给； 3.与研发共同推进混合部署、资源调度、超卖等资源优化，通过不同负载特征提升整体资源效率，并将技术收益转化为成本和经营收益； 4.参与定价、计费、配额及重点客户资源保障等商业化工作，围绕用量、成本、利用率和营收利率持续输出经营判断并推动改善。 1.本科及以上学历，具备云计算、AI 基础设施、资源运营、商业运营或供应链相关经验，深入理解云基础资源的成本结构、供给模式和计费逻辑； 2.具备较强的数据分析和建模能力，能够独立完成需求预测、容量规划、成本测算和经营分析，并形成明确判断； 3.能够理解 Kubernetes、资源调度、混部、超卖等基础设施技术及其经营价值，并能够与研发团队深入协同；具备 AI原生的工作方式，能够借助 AI Agent 提升分析、建模和运营自动化能力，对资源和经营结果端到端负责； 4.有大规模共享资源池、GPU/算力资源经营，或 IaaS/PaaS 从 0 到 1 商业化及经营体系建设经验者优先；具备良好的英文工作能力者优先。
