Quality Assurance Engineer

Semiconductor Quality and Reliability Engineer/Manager Atmosic Technologies, leader in ultra low-power and battery-free wireless connectivity solutions, is looking for engineers who are passionate about driving quality processes. Job title and responsibilities commensurate with experience. Responsibilities • Drive and own quality processes Manage internal and external quality excursions Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues Lead cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Manage customer data reporting and support customer audits Perform supplier audits Manage relevant quality compliance and certification processes Develop, implement continuous quality improvements Requirements • BS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fields Minimum of 5+ years experience in semiconductor quality assurance • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to multi-tasks with proactive and self-driven attitude Desire to learn with attention to details Excellent interpersonal communication skills with suppliers and customers Proven proficiency with structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, and 3 legs x 5 Why, AEC-Q100, FMEA, SPC Ability to travel as needed Desired Experience • Experience in semiconductor assembly and semiconductor testing Familiarity with CMOS wafer fabrication Strong knowledge in ISO and applicable JEDEC standards Location • Hiring in multiple geographies: Hsinchu, Taiwan or Campbell (Silicon Valley), California Salary range • $170,000 to $200,000 (Campbell)
