SQA Lead Engineer (2025)

Software QA Lead Engineer Atmosic Technologies, the leader in ultra low-power and battery-free wireless connectivity solutions, is looking for a Hands on Lead Software QA engineer who is passionate about wireless software quality to join our team in Campbell, California. Job title and responsibilities commensurate with experience. Responsibilities • Drive and own wireless testing and automation of BLE and wireless connectivity protocols and applications, including performance and power measurements Collaborate closely with Software Developers to develop test plans and work with SQA engineers to ensure test plans are implemented Own software QA processes across multiple locations Lead cross-functional teams to analyze test failures and work on solutions Prepare and present test reports based on periodic tests Manage wireless connectivity protocol certification tests and processes Implement continuous quality improvements Monitor Jenkins CI test jobs, and enhance them to increase coverage Requirements • BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields Minimum of 7+ years experience in software quality assurance for wireless connectivity products Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal communication skills and technical documentation skills Ability to multi-task with a proactive and self-driven attitude Desired Experience • Prior experience with BLE or other wireless connectivity standards Experience working with SQA teams in multiple locations Programming experience in scripting languages such as Python and test automation using Jenkins Knowledge of Zephyr and BLE applications Location: • Campbell (Silicon Valley), California, USA Salary Range: • $170,000 to $190,000
