1.作为 AgentRuntime 产品侧核心技术角色，负责重点客户的方案设计、PoC、竞品及自建替换、迁移和生产落地，提升产品在关键项目中的技术竞争力； 2.深入客户真实技术环境，参与部署、集成、调试和复杂问题解决，推动 AgentRuntime 从技术验证进入生产使用； 3.将客户需求和一线实践抽象为标准产品能力、解决方案和最佳实践，推动产品与研发团队闭环，并赋能行业销售和解决方案团队规模化复制； 4.持续跟踪Agent Infra、云原生和 AI 基础设施的技术、产品及市场演进，参与国际化产品策略和重点客户方案设计。 1.本科及以上学历，5年及以上相关工作经验，具备云计算、云原生、AI 基础设施或解决方案架构相关经验，在 Agent/LLM、Kubernetes/云原生、AI Infra 等至少一个方向具有较强技术深度； 2.Hands-on能力强，能够深入客户环境亲自完成架构验证、部署调试和问题定位；具备较强的产品抽象能力，能够从具体项目中识别共性产品问题； 3.具备AI原生工作方式，能够借助 AI Agent 扩展方案设计、开发验证和问题分析能力，对重点项目从问题判断、方案、验证到生产落地端到端负责，并持续进化自己的工作方式； 4.团队欢迎有技术研发经验并希望转型架构师的优秀人才。
