1.研发专项管理：负责游戏研发技术专项的全周期管理，包含：目标拆解、里程碑制定、执行跟踪，推动专项从立项到闭环落地； 2.外网问题处理专项：负责游戏线上音频异常、安全、崩溃等问题的分级响应与闭环，深挖项目疑难问题，牵头跨团队进行长线治理，输出优化清单、排期落地，持续迭代优化； 3.跨团队协同与信息枢纽：跨团队对接引擎、程序、音频、策划、测试，同步排期变更、风险升级、整合资源解决冲突； 4.版本节奏保障与流程推进：协助制定版本计划，跟进研发内容合入、构建、提审与线上数据观察等关键环节，识别版本瓶颈和问题并推动解决，持续提升线上的版本质量和稳定性。 1.学历与经验：本科及以上学历，3 年以上游戏研发项目管理经验；计算机、软件工程、通信或相关专业； 2.核心素质 ：执行力强，责任心高，跨团队沟通清晰务实；能扛版本攻坚节奏，对项目时间、资源管理、引擎合入管理和突发情况能快速响应并同步风险； 3.逻辑思维能力：面对跨团队、跨依赖的复杂问题，能快速拆解为可执行、可验收的动作序列，多线并行时，基于影响面与交付窗口做客观优先级排序； 4.行业热情 ：对游戏行业有浓厚兴趣，并渴望在该领域长期发展。
