1.开放世界ARPG战斗怪物模块相关工作的设计参与和制作跟进； 2.根据游戏整体框架，主导怪物战斗模块的设计迭代和量产规划； 3.推进把关怪物的质量和可玩性，与角色、玩法模块进行落地整合； 4.管理协调怪物模块策划的日常工作，审核把关所有的设计和落地效果； 5.作为怪物管线负责人，对接其他合作职能，并且能推进安排程序、美术、音频等支持职能的具体业务工作； 6.负责怪物的表现设计，提出高概念的设计思路供美术进行设计发挥。 1.有完整ARPG或ACT或相关项目开发经验，至少3年以上战斗模块工作经验(次时代游戏开发经验者优先)，能够独立负责怪物模块的设计及制作全流程； 2.有丰富的游戏经历，深入体验及研究过1款以上大型开放世界ARPG游戏，有丰富的动作类游戏深入体验者额外加分； 3.具备一定的数值理解能力和美术审美，能够深挖战斗模块相关表现设计。熟悉UE引擎及相关设计工具、制作流程者优先； 4.有耐心易交流，具有匠心精神，能够承担一定的压力； 5.有高级的审美以及乐于创造的初心，致力于设计具有行业标杆品质的内容。
