1.负责开放世界城市氛围NPC（人流+表演）的行为内容设计与落地，包括日常动线、群体行为、情景表演等场景下的角色库和行为库的规划与需求设计； 2.配合大世界NPC基础特性和规则设计，将底层规则转化为具体可执行、可被玩家感知的氛围内容方案； 3.与Pedestrian调用支持模块联动，明确氛围NPC的功能调用边界与内容表达需求，配合其他模块需求设计Pedestrian功能调用接口； 4.配置并跟进落地效果，通过实机验证持续迭代氛围NPC的可信度与细节丰富度。 1.3年以上游戏策划经验，有开放世界/MMO/沙盒类项目氛围NPC、路人系统设计或落地经验优先； 2.深度玩过GTA5、荒野大镖客2、赛博朋克2077等开放世界作品，能拆解并讲清楚这些游戏路人NPC的规则和行为设计思路； 3.熟悉行为树、状态机等AI行为表达方式的设计边界，能与程序高效沟通； 4.具备较强的内容设计颗粒度把控能力，在大批量NPC场景下掌控细节设计； 5.对"城市活人感"这类体验型目标有敏锐直觉，善于用具体案例而非抽象概念表达设计意图。
