1.负责CFM角色资源管线的规划，跟进资源研发过程，把控进度和最终的交付质量； 2.协同团队完成角色概念设计和周边资源设计，包括视觉风格、主题叙事及美术表现； 3.深度挖掘角色商业化特性及资源表现效果，为玩家提供更有价值的内容； 4.持续跟踪角色上线后的玩家反馈，不断优化设计思路与方案； 5.结合CFM版本节奏与赛事节点，规划角色内容矩阵并推动跨职能落地。 1.本科及以上学历，2年以上游戏策划经验； 2.具备丰富的角色或皮肤设计经验，熟悉皮肤从创意到落地的全流程； 3.对主流竞技类游戏有体验，有FPS/TPS深度游戏经验者优先； 4.对新鲜事物有强烈好奇心，对当下游戏用户的消费心理和文娱偏好有深刻认知，有较好的审美品位和一定的创意能力； 5.有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力，抗压能力强。
