1.负责匹配系统的设计与持续迭代，包括隐藏分体系、段位与排位规则、匹配池划分、组队规则等； 2.持续优化匹配体验：熟练使用AI陪玩，控制排队时长、缩小实力分差、改善连胜连败和组队优势等问题； 3.建立匹配相关的指标体系与分析框架； 4.与服务端、算法、数据团队协作推进落地，输出完整的策划文档与调优记录。 1.5 年以上游戏系统或数值策划经验，有已上线 PVP 竞技产品（FPS / TPS / MOBA / 战术竞技）匹配或排位系统的实操经验； 2.熟悉 ELO、Glicko、TrueSkill 等主流评分与匹配算法，理解各自的适用边界； 3.数据分析能力扎实，能独立取数、搭建指标体系，熟练使用 SQL； 4.熟悉 CS2、无畏契约、Apex、三角洲行动等主流竞技射击产品的排位机制，自身有长期游玩体感。
