1.负责游戏系统设计和优化迭代相关工作，包括不限于养成系统、玩法系统、系统大模块（如公会系统）等； 2.对游戏系统的最终体验和结果负责, 协调研发相关资源, 确保系统本身和关联系统体验, 确保交互/UI, 数值, 美术表现, 功能体验等达到设计预期； 3.负责系统策划执行全流程, 包括从策划案撰写, 跟进, 落地, 测试, 验收到版本呈现及迭代优化； 4.根据海外市场反馈进行游戏活跃内容的优化设计，制定后续优化方案并跟进具体开发。 1.本科及以上学历，两年以上游戏策划经验，参与过完整的游戏研发历程； 2.深入了解海外市场整体及特定地区的市场特征和用户需求，有特定海外地区的洞察方法论积累者优先； 3.熟悉海外ACG文化，对海外ACG社区有了解和认知； 4.对市面上各类游戏的系统和运营思路有深入的分析和理解，有长期玩各类型手游的习惯； 5.熟悉常用的游戏开发工具和软件，熟悉 Unity3D 的基本操作； 6.具备良好的团队合作和职业精神、沟通能力和抗压能力。
