1.负责年度经营规划的目标制定，拆解营收、利润、用户等核心经营目标，建立目标达成路径与节奏管控机制； 2.搭建C端和B端的经营分析报表体系，建立业财联动的指标树，完善数据看板与预警机制，推进经营分析智能化、自动化，对数据异常进行归因分析； 3.帮助管理层主导季度/月度/双周的经营看板、业务复盘及业务预测，输出经营诊断与改进方案； 4.开展体系化、有深度的重大业务专题研究，确保分析结论观点清晰、有理有据，可以有效转化为业务行动与经营结果； 5.牵头开展跨部门、跨团队的沟通协作，辅助管理层将管理要求及重大业务专题执行到位。 1.本科及以上学历，5年及以上互联网/咨询/ SaaS / AI行业经营分析的经验；熟悉 AI 工具产品者优先； 2.具备扎实的经营分析功底，能独立搭建经营分析体系与指标树；数据洞察与总结能力突出，能从复杂数据中提炼核心结论并输出可落地的策略建议； 3.精通SaaS的商业模式和运营逻辑，对订阅制商业模式的经营或者运营分析有深度理解； 4.具备敏锐的数据洞察力，能够从数据中挖掘业务价值；逻辑严谨，分析全面，能够系统性输出可落地的结论与建议； 5.具备强烈的责任心与自我驱动力，对有挑战的问题充满热情，拥有出色的抗压能力。
