1.负责游戏内的关卡设计与搭建工作，使用2D绘图软件设计关卡并且使用3D软件搭建场景白模，并跟进后续美术实现效果； 2.能够独立地完成模式玩法相关模块，并利用蓝图来实现初步方案； 3.负责关卡上线后的跟进，关注相关统计数据，调研问卷，论坛，游戏网站等体现具体使用情况和玩家反馈的来源，必要时根据数据和反馈来制定后续优化方案并跟进具体开发； 4.积极参与产品相关设计及优化工作，完善工作流程，注重产品表现，参与产品测试，不断发现产品不足及有待提高的方面。 1.热爱主流游戏及各类射击游戏，有丰富的游戏阅历，具备深厚的游戏理解能力和分析能力。有爆破类游戏（如《无畏契约》《CS2》）深度体验者优先； 2.能够独立完成关卡的设计工作；熟练使用主流3D软件/引擎搭建关卡白盒；有UE4/UE5使用经验者优先； 3.有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力，较强的抗压能力； 4.有完整的射击类游戏项目或模式开发经历者优先。
