1.与育碧海内外研发团队紧密配合，推进《彩虹六号：攻势》系统设计的持续迭代，包含：长期成长系统、社交系统、挑战系统及核心玩法体验调优等，提供产品关键系统设计方案并推进落地； 2.针对用户和市场反馈对产品设计持续调优，输出对应的策划解决方案并推进研发实现，提高游戏运营指标； 3.通过项目数据、市场、用户的研究和分析，周期性刷新产品策略和规划方案，辅助项目的长线运营获得成功； 4.结合海外产品情况及国内测试、上线数据进行复盘，制定流程沉淀设计经验和方法论。 1.3年以上游戏行业相关工作经验，有完整FPS射击品类项目设计/运营经验，或具备完整的射击游戏局外系统设计与调优经验； 2.精通市场主流的PVP射击游戏，出色的射击品类游戏理解能力，有彩六游戏经验者优先； 3.具备敏锐的射击品类游戏的市场发展趋势判断能力，熟悉欧美3A大型研发商开发模式优先； 4.具有良好的沟通协作能力，方案写作和表达能力，熟练使用英文者优先。
