1.负责并完善游戏海外各地区版本的本地化交互框架，推进海外地区版本的落地执行； 2.搭建维护本地化管线，逐步将本地化交互要求融入策划/UI 的设计指引，设计并梳理多语言版本交互规范； 3.针对海外不同区域的市场环境和玩家需求，设计本地化交互优化方案，归纳注意事项，协助制定面向不同区域玩家的多语言交互设计策略； 4.协同翻译团队完成文本本地化实装工作，维护本地化相关工具链的需求。 1.本科以上学历，三年以上游戏海外版本本地化相关的策划或运营经验； 2.有独立负责较复杂系统的交互体验设计和全流程跟进落地的经验； 3.精通除英语以外的常见小语种至少2种，熟悉不同语种的文化差异，熟悉多语言游戏版本在实际本地化过程中的常见问题和难点； 4.熟悉常用的游戏开发工具和软件，熟悉 Unity3D 的基本操作； 5.具备良好的团队合作和职业精神、沟通能力和抗压能力。
