DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer Location: Penang, Malaysia Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines specifically for FPGA development. • You will work with IT department to setup new infrastructure. • Administer and maintain both Linux and Windows based build machines, including monitoring of the health and performance status. • Work closely with other Software Engineers to understand their needs and provide them the tools and infrastructure the need to be productive. • Required to collaborate with other sites/time zones. • Diagnose and resolve issues related to the build environment, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure. Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent (minimum). • Advanced Degree in Computer Engineering (Masters or above) preferred for EDA related responsibilities. • 3-6 years of working experience as a DevOps / Infra Engineer. • At least 2-3 years of working experience as a DevOps engineer. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab and Docker. • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Groovy and Bash. • Strong working knowledge of Linux system administration. • Experience in Windows build environment is a plus. • Experience in Deploying Windows VM and License Management is a plus. • Experience in Makefile and CMake is a plus. • Must have knowledge on how to use version control system like Git.
