1.负责项目的新手体验流程的设计，新手关卡相关系统配套设计开发工作，提升新手的留存； 2.负责游戏周边系统、活跃系统的设计和优化，提升系统易用性，解决用户未被满足的系统功能； 3.监控和分析数据，收集相关体验反馈，发现并且定位负面体验或者流失点，以提升新手转化和用户留存为目标，敏捷输出分析，并提供可落地的解决方案。 1.2年以上系统、关卡相关策划经验，独立负责过上线项目的关卡、新手引导、系统等内容制作； 2.能很好的利用交互和视觉表现等，对玩法机制进行传达、对系统功能进行指引，能精巧的设计关卡内容和反馈，对游戏机制进行传达，并让玩家对游戏产生兴趣。通过系统、奖励驱动设计，牵引玩家活跃； 3.熟悉开发工具及引擎，具备优秀关卡设计、和工程实现能力，具备一定的系统设计和落地能力； 4.热爱游戏，竞技游戏重度用户，深入了解《金铲铲之战》及其他头部竞技类游戏，熟悉英雄联盟IP； 5.沟通能力优秀，抗压能力好，有不错的数据分析能力，英语能力加分。
