1.负责UGC休闲玩法的探索与设计，结合玩家诉求、游戏生态及市场趋势，挖掘新的玩法空间； 2.负责UGC休闲玩法的制作，包括玩法规则、玩法系统与局内节奏，独立跟进程序、美术需求落地，产出可上线的完整玩法内容； 3.负责玩法体验与品质打磨，在玩法乐趣、玩法持续性、参与表现和传播度等各方面体验和数据符合既定预期； 4.持续关注行业UGC休闲玩法动态，定期输出竞品分析与玩法创新提案，为团队提供设计参考； 5.协同运营与社区团队，收集玩家反馈并迭代优化已有UGC休闲玩法，提升用户活跃与留存。 1.1-2年以上游戏策划经验，有大型或完整游戏项目经历，负责过完整玩法模块的设计制作；有派对玩法、休闲竞技或UGC创作类玩法经验者优先； 2.熟悉休闲玩法的设计流程，理解休闲玩法在规则、反馈与节奏上的设计思路； 3.参与过游戏玩法或系统设计，熟悉UE引擎，熟练使用蓝图，具备独立完成玩法原型搭建与快速验证的能力； 4.有一定的抗压能力，具备良好的跨部门沟通与协调能力，有较强的团队合作精神和自驱力； 5.具备基础的数据分析能力，能通过数据定位玩法问题并推动针对性优化。
