1.负责用户生命周期管理。针对不同阶段用户制定并落地差异化运营策略，持续提升各阶段用户的留存表现； 2.统筹用户体验管理。梳理玩家在关键路径上的体验链路，通过数据和玩家反馈识别流失原因，协同研发团队推动针对性优化； 3.负责用户运营活动规划与执行。依据年度运营目标、产品版本节奏和重要时间节点制定活动排期；独立产出活动方案，设定可量化的考核指标，与合作团队配合落地执行； 4.优化用户运营数据体系，持续跟踪分析数据表现，基于数据结论推动系统、活动的迭代优化； 5.沉淀活动方案模板、设计规范与执行 SOP，推动活动运营工作的标准化与执行效率提升。 1.本科及以上学历，3年游戏运营相关工作经验，有实际用户运营经验者优先； 2.对游戏产品具备深入理解，熟悉moba游戏的活动形式与运营逻辑，具备长期的游戏体验积累； 3.良好的数据分析能力，独立完成数据的拆解与归因分析，能够从数据中挖掘潜在问题并提出解决方案； 4.优秀的沟通与协作能力，能够与开发商、发行团队及其他合作伙伴高效协同； 5.强烈的责任心与执行力，能够在高压环境下保持高效输出与冷静决策。
