1.根据项目需求，设计出符合枪械、道具、BOSS、NPC专属动画； 2.能与策划以及程序紧密合作，根据需求拆分出合理的动画并且完成落地联调工作； 3.与主美、及3D团队紧密协作，参与从初始设计到最终效果落地，确保角色动画的合理性以及落地效果的整体性； 4.需要深度参与枪械、3C联调，能够持续不断提升游戏体验感； 5.研究最新的动画技术，并且应用到项目中，提升体验感与动画品质。 1.5年以上写实动画制作经验，有手K能力/精通动画规律/对枪械理解深刻/有FPS游戏制作经验（需提供作品集）； 2.熟悉游戏动画的交互性需求，例如AI敌人、多样性NPC、受击/阵亡反馈、环境交互的设计，了解动画与程序逻辑的配合； 3.熟练使用Maya/MotionBuilder等工具、熟悉动捕流程，能独立完成一整套流程； 4.熟悉UE5引擎，对蓝图有一定的了解，能够与程序在实现效果落地上进行沟通与探讨； 5.有良好的团队配合能力与沟通能力，抗压能力强，能够保持高质量的工作输出； 6.独立完成过复杂的动画系统（加分项）。
