1.负责PVP团竞类玩法的地图设计与搭建，能够根据歼灭、爆破、占领等不同玩法原型设计合理的关卡结构与动线； 2.撰写并跟进关卡相关的玩法需求文档，使用关卡编辑器快速产出关卡白盒原型并敏捷迭代验证； 3.结合对局数据和玩家体验反馈持续打磨关卡细节设计，优化节奏、平衡性与玩家体验； 4.配合美术同事推进关卡美术资源制作与表现提升，确保设计意图在最终画面中准确落地； 5.参与玩法评审与上线后复盘，提出可量化的关卡优化方案并推动执行。 1.热爱PVP射击类游戏，对团竞类玩法有深入了解，能够分析歼灭、爆破、占领等玩法的规则结构与玩家常用策略； 2.熟练使用主流游戏引擎及关卡搭建工具，能够独立完成布局设计、场景搭建、测试与迭代； 3.具备良好的跨部门沟通与执行能力，逻辑清晰，能高效配合策划、美术、程序推进工作，有较强抗压能力与自驱力； 4.希望提供关卡作品集，请附上LD设计稿、游戏截图或作品集链接，以证明实际设计能力。
