1.负责腾讯会议商业化产品设计，深入理解腾讯会议商业化策略，结合不同组织规模及客户需求，参与付费权益、服务内容与价值表达的设计和持续优化； 2.推动产品营收增长，深入理解产品版本、权益边界和商业模式，识别付费转化过程中的问题，与产品、销售等团队协作，持续优化运营策略和转化路径； 3.负责商机线索的挖掘、培育与转化。结合用户行为数据和业务场景开展用户分层，识别潜在企业客户，并协同相关团队推进线索跟进和转化； 4.协同相关业务团队完成商业化落地，持续观测用户和数据反馈，实现商业化目标。 1.本科及以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验； 2.善于思考，具备较强的商业化敏感度、用户思维、逻辑思维，能够快速理解和抽象业务逻辑； 3.具备B端运营、企业服务、SaaS商业化、增长运营或相关岗位经验，能够理解企业客户的决策方式与服务诉求； 4.具备数据分析意识，能够使用数据进行用户分层、线索识别、渠道评估和运营复盘； 5.有较强的责任心、合作意识、沟通协作能力； 6.三年以上互联网产品经验，熟悉SaaS商业化策略，熟悉会员权益体系优先。
