Business Unit What the Role Entails 工作内容： 1、负责腾讯云韩国市场的业务拓展与销售达成，统筹渠道生态与直销双线推进，完成年度销售业绩目标； 2、直销线：独立负责韩国市场头部客户（含大型企业、互联网公司及政企客户）的开拓与攻坚，主导全销售周期——从客户识别、需求洞察、方案设计到商务谈判与签约落地； 3、制定韩国区域的"作战地图"，系统性拓展新合作伙伴及直销目标客户，管理完整的销售Pipeline，持续推动新商机的挖掘与转化； 4、跟踪韩国云计算市场动态及竞对策略，输出市场洞察，为业务决策及产品本地化提供一线输入。 Responsibilities: 1. Drive business development and achieve sales targets for Tencent Cloud in the Korean market by leading both channel ecosystem expansion and direct sales initiatives, ensuring the achievement of annual revenue goals. 2. Lead direct sales for key accounts in Korea, including large enterprises, internet companies, and public sector clients. Own the entire sales cycle from customer identification, needs assessment, solution design, and commercial negotiation to contract execution. 3. Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for Korea by systematically expanding the partner ecosystem and identifying new direct sales opportunities. Manage the full sales pipeline and continuously drive opportunity generation and conversion. 4. Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitive dynamics in Korea's cloud computing industry, providing actionable market insights to support business strategy and product localization. Who We Look For 能力要求 1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上云计算、ICT或相关行业企业级销售经验，具备成熟的企业直销经验；具备渠道生态拓展经验者优先。 2. 熟悉韩国云计算市场及商业生态，具备韩国大型企业、互联网公司或政企客户的直销经验，熟悉企业采购决策流程及关键决策人管理；具备与大型系统集成商（SI）合作经验者优先。 3. 对云计算产品、解决方案及行业应用有深入理解，具备完整的企业销售闭环经验，能够独立完成客户开发、需求挖掘、方案设计、商务谈判及合同签约；有千万级人民币（或等值）以上大型项目签约经验者优先。 4. 具备强烈的目标导向和猎人思维（Hunter Mindset），自我驱动，能够独立开拓新客户并持续创造销售机会，在竞争激烈的新市场实现业务突破。 5. 具备优秀的商务谈判能力、客户管理能力及跨团队协作能力，能够协调产品、售前、交付等多方资源，推动复杂销售项目成功落地。 6. 具备主流云服务厂商（如 AWS、Microsoft Azure、Google Cloud、Tencent Cloud 等）相关工作经验或认证者优先；熟练使用数据分析及AI工具者优先；具备AI产品或AI解决方案销售经验者优先。 7. 可接受韩国国内及国际出差。 Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cloud computing, ICT, or related industries. Proven track record in enterprise direct sales is required; experience in channel ecosystem development is a plus. 2. Strong understanding of the Korean cloud computing market and business ecosystem. Experience selling directly to large enterprises, internet companies, or public sector customers in Korea is preferred. Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes and stakeholder management is required. Experience collaborating with major System Integrators (SIs) is a plus. 3. Solid understanding of cloud products, solutions, and industry use cases. Proven experience managing the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, customer engagement, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, and deal closure. Demonstrated success in closing large-scale enterprise deals with an ACV exceeding RMB 10 million (or equivalent) is preferred. 4. Strong hunter mentality with a results-driven mindset. Self-motivated and capable of independently identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in a competitive market. 5. Excellent commercial negotiation, account management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to coordinate with product, solution architecture, and delivery teams to drive complex enterprise sales engagements to successful closure. 6. Experience with leading cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Tencent Cloud) or relevant cloud certifications is preferred. Proficiency in data analytics and AI tools is a plus. Experience selling AI products or AI-driven solutions is highly desirable. 7. Willingness to travel domestically within Korea and internationally as required.
