1.负责消费信贷产品的经营分析与决策支持、额度与价格策略设计及迭代，资产风险的监控与预警； 2.经营分析与决策支持：围绕规模、风险、利润等核心经营指标开展专项分析，定位增长瓶颈与风险源头，输出可执行的策略建议与分析报告，支撑经营决策与目标拆解； 3.额度策略设计与迭代：基于客群分层与风险表现，设计并优化授信额度策略，通过实验设计与效果归因验证策略收益，持续提升优质用户的用信活跃度； 4.定价策略设计与迭代：结合风险成本、资金成本与客户价格弹性，制定差异化定价及临时定价方案，在风险可控前提下平衡利润与规模增长； 5.风险监控与预警：搭建并运营多维度风险监控体系，及时识别风险异常与策略偏离，定位归因并推动止损与优化措施落地，形成"监控—预警—归因—处置"闭环。 1.学历专业：本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、金融等相关专业； 2.工作经验：3年以上消费信贷、信用卡或互联网金融风险策略经验； 3.专业能力：熟悉信贷全生命周期风险逻辑，掌握资产质量指标体系，能独立完成风险归因与策略诊断； 4.实操经验：具备额度或定价策略实操经验；有在风险约束下设计增长方案经验者优先； 5.综合素质：自驱力强，逻辑清晰，分析及学习能力强，注重团队协作，结果导向。
