1.主导城市响应系统的设计与落地，构建基于"目击-记忆-传播-反馈"链路的城市响应系统架构，定义事件、记忆、传播、反馈各环节的规则与数据结构； 2.负责LLM生成式内容框架的设计，明确生成式AI在NPC对话、事件文案、城市语义化内容等场景下的接入方式、内容边界与质量控制机制； 3.统筹AI工具预研工作，为项目内生成式AI设计工具提供策划侧支持； 4.与程序/AI工程团队紧密协作，将系统设计转化为可实现的技术方案，并跟进开发落地全流程； 5.持续跟踪生成式AI、游戏AI领域前沿技术，评估其在项目中的可落地性并输出预研结论。 1.3年以上游戏系统策划经验，具备独立主导复杂系统（城市信息传递系统、AI行为系统、内容生成系统等）从设计到落地的完整经验； 2.具备扎实的系统架构设计能力，能独立完成数据结构、状态流转、规则引擎层面的方案设计； 3.熟悉LLM/生成式AI的基本原理与能力边界，有将其应用于游戏内容生产或玩法系统的实践思考； 4.具备较强的技术理解力，能读懂技术方案、参与技术选型讨论，与程序/AI工程师高效协作； 5.对游戏AI前沿方向（叙事生成、模拟城市、Agent系统等）保持高度关注与热情，具备较强的自驱力与预研能力。
