1.负责写实风格第三人称动作游戏的整体动画设计与落地，结合项目世界观与战斗系统定位，制定动画风格基调与表演语言，输出从CG演出到战斗动画的完整方案； 2.主导角色3C相关动作设计与调优，进行节奏拆分与状态标注，为程序与策划提供清晰的动画交互指引； 3.设计角色与Boss/精英怪的技能动作，配合战斗策划完成手感与判定帧的迭代验证，确保动画的力量感、打击感与战斗节奏、判定窗口、玩法可读性高度一致； 4.制定整体动画风格与制作管线，协同建模、绑定、特效、程序推进资产落地，确保风格统一、性能可控、动画质量稳定。 1.5年以上游戏动画经验，具备上线产品或成熟项目经验；有第三人称动作游戏/ARPG项目经验者优先； 2.能基于项目世界观与战斗系统提出具有辨识度的动画风格方案与系统化管线设计，兼顾艺术表达与战斗手感； 3.具备扎实的运动规律、节奏把控与力量感表达能力，对角色重量感、武器惯性、受击反馈有深入理解，能独立完成从动作设计到镜头编排的全流程； 4.熟悉Maya/3ds Max/MotionBuilder等动画制作工具；具备骨骼架设与蒙皮能力，熟悉UE动画系统工作流，有动捕数据跟进与优化经验； 5.对暗黑奇幻、史诗神话等厚重题材有热情与深入理解，能熟练结合AI工具进行参考检索与动作迭代，保持对新工具的敏感度并落入实际工作流。
