1.负责项目的角色/生物等动画的设计与制作，确保动画效果符合项目需求与品质标准； 2.负责动画需求对接、动作方案设计、资源制作与交付，并主导动画资源在UE引擎中的合入、调试与最终效果验收，确保表现符合预期； 3.制定动画反馈标准与技术规范，进行动作质量审核、修改指导与交付验收，保障外部资源质量； 4.参与动画资源管理，优化动画性能，确保动画在移动端的流畅运行与合理资源占用； 5.持续关注行业动画技术趋势，探索创新动画表现手法，提升游戏整体动画表现力。 1.本科及以上学历，动画、数字媒体艺术、影视动画等相关专业，五年以上游戏动画制作经验； 2.精通Maya、MotionBuilder等主流动画制作软件，熟悉Unreal引擎动画模块； 3.具备扎实的动画理论基础，熟悉动画运动规律，能独立完成高品质角色及特效动画； 4.有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够主动推进项目进度并解决协作中的问题； 5.熟悉UE引擎动画流程，了解动画蓝图、状态机及动画树的搭建逻辑，具备一定的技术调试能力，具备较强的学习能力与创新能力，能适应快节奏开发环境； 6.有成功手游项目经验或动作类、二次元类项目经验者优先考虑。
