1.模型标杆效果的制作与探索：基于2D概念设计师所提供的目标角色设计，探索模型标杆效果的最佳呈现路径。 1.3-5年以上游戏或影视场景概念设计经验，美术相关专业出身，有成熟的角色概念设计作品，擅长一种或以上的造型塑造风格，对不同题材（以风格化为主）的项目方向有理解与研究能力； 2.具备扎实的美术基础，对透视、光影、色彩、构图有极强的把控力；对3D模型领域中写实风格与风格化的基本模型塑造侧重点与雕刻技法有深入的理解与区分能力； 3.风格匹配：在过往工作经历中有过完整的风格化项目服务经历； 4.合作探索意识：具备协同美术TA，程序侧共同推动效果优化与建立的能力。能够清晰地向技术支持人员传达诉求并提出优化建议； 5.项目管理意识：能够将已有的标杆效果归纳成执行层可执行可复制的操作规范，并持续监督量产美术资产质量； 6.AI工具运用：熟练使用AIGC工具，并能将其高效融入前期灵感发散或素材迭代工作流者优先。
