1.负责与 WorkBuddy 等 Agent 产品的深度结合，基于 ima 产品能力与合作方的用户需求，主导结合版方案设计与功能迭代，持续提升结合版用户体验与用户规模； 2.结合用户需求与技术演进，负责 MCP 服务的能力规划与版本迭代，建立并追踪核心体验指标，推动服务能力持续优化； 3.基于硬件市场演进趋势与用户需求洞察，设计ima产品能力的开放方案和接入路径，探索并推动智能硬件终端的产品落地，构建开放共赢的生态格局； 4.搭建核心业务数据监测看板，通过数据洞察驱动产品决策，及时定位问题与机会，形成改进方案并推动落地。 1.本科及以上学历，2年以上产品经验，有开放平台、AI 应用或智能硬件相关项目经验者优先； 2.对 AI Agent、MCP等技术生态有基本认知，理解 OAuth / API 等基础原理，能与研发顺畅沟通，具备快速补齐新知识的学习能力和技术理解力； 3.对AI有热情，日常关注手机、穿戴设备、车机等不同终端上的 AI 产品形态，对语音交互、多模态交互有自己的体验观察； 4.逻辑清晰，具备良好的数据意识、用户同理心和产品规划能力，面对复杂问题乐于学习和主动拆解，能独立完成产品方案设计与跟进。
