1.负责核心角色美术设计的生产，根据项目世界观、剧情塑造，主导剧情核心角色、重要NPC的美术设计； 2.基于整体投放计划，产出高吸引力的商业化外观设计； 3.配合项目整体排期，参与角色原画模块的工作拆解、节奏把控，能够参与进行人员工作规划，提供专业反馈，业务指导； 4.配合整体项目美术目标，协助搭建项目设计规范、标准模板，沉淀可复用的主笔设计经验与资产； 5.牵头主导独立业务模块，与上下游形成良好协作关系，独立把控模块内美术品质。 1.有过商业化套装皮肤设计流程经验，并担任主笔或者核心设计输出。有扎实的美术功底，美学理解； 2.需要有使用AI软件的探索能力。并且持续关注； 3.对设计时尚度，美感敏感度高，具备竞品分析转化为方法论的能力，对于多元化设计认知有较为深入的研究，具备较高的视野格局，更前卫的思考能力，拓展现有设计内容； 4.善于与上下游策划模型等环节进行沟通，对于2D设计的3D模型落地效果有清晰认知能力，能够兼顾判断到实际落地效果； 5.对自己作品有高度要求；态度严谨，工作认真负责，有团队精神，沟通能力配合工作能力强，对游戏美术制作有热情； 6.较强的内容创作能力，对角色气质塑造具备较高敏感度，能够充分理解剧情故事线，并在产出符合世界观剧情的角色形象。
