1.负责采购项目运作及商务管理，包括进度管理、需求管理、商务谈判、价格管理、合同管理及执行过程中的问题管理； 2.负责落实采购成本控制目标，降低综合采购成本； 3.负责供应商的开发、管理及绩效评估与绩效改进； 4.配合项目新需求及新品类，市场调研及分析、供应资源开发及评估、项目采购策略制定并实施（供应商选择、价格谈判、合同签署及交付管理等）； 5.深入了解业务诉求并协助业务梳理需求转化为采购需求。 1.本科及以上学历，工作经验5年以上； 2.了解数据中心网络设备行业状况，熟悉数据中心硬件产品供应链流程； 3.熟悉交换机、光模块、波分的核心部件（整机、芯片、IC、光模块、光纤等）的行业趋势，主要供应商，及以上核心部件的技术路标、成本构成等；能在研发阶段对生命周期成本管理贡献价值；参与过以上核心部件的采购管理工作； 4.熟悉TOP ODM厂家研发、交付、服务流程，具备全流程质量和成本分析能力； 5.有主导或全流程参与过数通产品的研发、导入及商用经验者优先； 6.熟练掌握项目管理方法，优秀的分析及解决问题能力、良好的组织协调和沟通能力、压力管理能力及团队合作精神； 7.具备高度自驱力，善于组织调动资源，解决新问题。
