1.负责长线运营FPS项目中枪械与近战武器相关音频的整体设计与落地； 2.枪械与近战武器音频设计、制作、效果实现、混音调整； 3.武器皮肤与配件音色定制：为枪械和近战武器的不同主题、不同品质皮肤，制作符合其概念设计和美术表现的主题化声音； 4.与程序配合进行性能优化：声部并发、CPU/内存预算、资源加载与包体控制； 5.持续跟进版本迭代中的武器音频需求，响应玩家反馈与数据表现做调优。 1.3年以上游戏音频设计经验，至少完整参与过一款已上线 FPS / TPS 项目的音频设计工作； 2.能独立完成需求拆解、声音设计、素材制作、中间件接入、实机调试； 3.对射击类游戏音频品类有深入理解，熟悉不同类型 FPS（战术竞技、硬核拟真、快节奏竞技）在声音质感与听感取向上的差异； 4.对声音高度敏感，能辨识音色、频段、动态、空间感上的细微差异，能把主观听感拆解为可执行的设计参数，也能从成品中反推其设计思路； 5.熟练使用 Wwise，深入理解Wwise底层机制，快速定位和解决Bug，熟练使用任意DAW，具备全流程后期处理能力，熟悉响度标准、空间音频、HRTF、等音频行业规范，了解Unreal引擎中跟音频相关的各项模块（蓝图、脚本、表格）； 6.沟通顺畅，能与程序、策划、美术、PM高效协作，适应快节奏的开发流程，项目管理与规范意识强。
