1.负责企业微信在零售行业的拓展工作。对行业客户进行研究分析，形成销售策略，做好客户覆盖、重点客户拓展及深度服务。与成功、产研、用增、渠道团队协作，迭代行业解决方案； 2.在重点客户打单过程中，有挖掘客户需求并形成解决方案的能力，高效协同内部团队进行客户跟踪、拜访、汇报以及促成签单； 3.根据目标制定销售计划，规划行业客户销售策略，挖掘产品商业化场景、封装商业化方案，在行业中规模化变现，完成部门下达的销售指标； 4.与行业中的客户、服务商、行业协会、投资人、行业专家保持良好关系，协调公司的内外部各方运作，确保各方满意度，提升企业微信在行业的品牌形象。 1.本科及以上学历，3年以上相关经验，具备零售行业重点客户BD或销售经验及客户资源者优先； 2.熟悉SaaS/云计算/大数据/营销技术等产品，了解微信生态的合作方式者优先； 3.具备良好的商务能力和客户沟通管理能力； 4.对行业趋势、数字化转型、组织管理、市场营销等业务有一定积累，善于将客户需求和产品能力结合； 5.拥有较强的市场敏锐度，行业洞察能力，独立完成行业方案的撰写，并完成提案、汇报和演讲； 6.有强自驱力与创业精神，执行力强，抗压能力强，并善于团结内部资源协同作战。
