1.基于战斗，玩法和品质需求，独立设计并推进角色/机甲动画的效果迭代； 2.设计并推进战斗与演出时的镜头设计与落地，镜头功能的建设； 3.设计并推进局内角色基础逻辑，包括角色状态机，角色模型，动画，演出资源等初始化； 4.参与角色异常状态，技能，演出等内容的制作，包含并不限于前期设计顾问，方案敲定，逻辑制作，后期维护； 5.制定3C基础的规范并编写文档，同步宣讲； 6.设计与制作机甲技能。 1.2年以上游戏项目3C策划，或3C方向技术策划经验； 2.熟悉游戏镜头的设计原理与实现方式，TP镜头的基础机制； 3.熟悉FP与TP动画概念与技术，能动手设计并制作动画状态机； 4.热爱机甲题材，对机械结构有了解； 5.熟悉多种主流射击PVE/PVP玩法，深度参与过至少一种FPS项目的研发； 6.热爱游戏行业，有UE项目经验优先； 7.有良好的学习和抗压、沟通协作能力。
