1.特效标杆效果的制作与探索：基于美术其余环节（原画、模型、动画）的整体美术表现，设计并制作对应风格的特效。 1.3-5年以上游戏特效制作经验，美术相关专业出身，至少完整跟进过研发期或是量产期的特效需求制作流程。擅长一种或以上的特效风格，对不同题材（以风格化为主）的项目方向有理解与研究能力； 2.具备扎实的美术基础，对特效剪影、特效节奏、资源消耗控制、效果实现路径有较深的了解，掌握一种或以上的游戏引擎编辑器（以虚幻为主）； 3.风格匹配：在过往工作经历中有过完整的风格化项目服务经历； 4.合作探索意识：能够明确地向TA/程序环节表达自身的诉求，并沟通合作优化特效制作方案； 5.AI工具运用：熟练使用AIGC工具，并能将其高效融入工作流者优先。
