1.美术风格多样性的探索：基于策划端的基础玩法/世界观定位，能够基于基础玩法与世界观产出不同方向、系统且完整的场景美术风格方案。 1.3-5年以上场景设计创作经验，美术相关专业出身，有基础的平面构成/色彩构成意识。至少完整跟进过研发期或是量产期的特效需求制作流程。擅长一种或以上的场景设计风格，对不同题材（以风格化为主）的项目方向有理解与研究能力； 2.具备扎实的美术基础，有一定的手工细化深入塑造能力； 3.风格匹配：在过往工作经历中有过完整的风格化项目服务经历； 4.合作探索意识：能够明确地向策划表达设计意图，具备成熟完整的甲方对接经验，能够根据甲方在不同时期的不同诉求，调整画面表达重心； 5.AI工具运用：熟练使用AIGC工具，并能将其高效融入工作流者优先。
