职位描述： 1、SOC开发工程师，根据芯片硬件设计要求，实现SOC中一个或者多个子模块，包括：子模块RTL代码设计，Timing分析，验证检查等； 2、完成子模块的功能/性能/功耗分析； 3、与验证团队以及中后端团队密切配合，进行功能检查以及时序收敛工作； 4、参与芯片回片Bringup支持。 职位要求： 1、数字前端RTL代码经验以及集成经验； 2、参与/熟悉以下SOC设计中一项或者多项技术：CPU方向，NOC总线，低功耗技术，高速外设接口（DDR/PCIE），低速外设接口，PAD，安全模块，Debug子系统，IOMMU等； 3、熟悉perl/python中的一种； 4、熟悉RTL代码检查，CDC/RDC检查，时序检查/调试的方法； 5、有一颗或者多颗SOC芯片流片经验为加分项。
