Software Development Tools Engineer

Atmosic is looking for a talented and self-motivated individual to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team that releases products, features, and tools on a continuous basis. Responsibilities: • Create and release software tools for customer designs using Atmosic chipset solutions for their embedded applications • Enhance and streamline tools deployment, installation and integration into development environments (IDEs) and operating systems Requirements: • Software build systems (make, compilers, linkers, packaging) • Software installation, deployment and testing on Windows, macOS, and Linux • Experience with at least one installation framework or software package manager • Version control systems (Git) • Experience using JavaScript, Python, Bash • Excellent written and oral communications • Build automation and Continuous Integration and Deployment (Jenkins) • Software testing employing both automated and manual strategies Desired Experience: • Familiarity with Scripting languages: Perl, TcL Embedded systems tools (in-system programming, image generation/archiving) iOS and Android mobile application development • Extending OpenOCD • Native and/or server applications using web technologies such as Javascript, NodeJS, AngularJS • IDEs such as IAR, Keil and Eclipse • Cloud-based deployment (AWS, Containers, DevOps) Location: • Campbell (Silicon Valley), California, USA BACK
