Tencent Cloud-Senior Channel Sales Manager

1. Drive channel partner revenue through cooperative selling; achieve/exceed quotas and own pipeline, forecasting, and account expansion. 2. Manage the full partner lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, co-selling, renewal, and upsell — and lift partner performance through training and support. 3. Build C-level relationships across partners and internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Business Contracts); lead contract negotiations. 4. Develop account plans based on industry trends (FSI / Manufacturing/ Semiconductor/ ISV) and stay fluent in Tencent Cloud offerings (IaaS / PaaS / SaaS / CDN / AI/ML). - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent; cloud certifications a plus. - 5+ years selling cloud through partners; strong knowledge of public cloud, CDN, and SaaS. - Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin, for close collaboration with China headquarters. - "Hunter" mentality with a proven record of closing sales and articulating complex solutions to executives. - Direct-sales background is welcomed; Manufacturing & Semiconductor verticals and AI / LLM / Token sales experience are strong advantages.
